Marine Restoueix, manager of Royal Palm, shares her experience


Royal Palm, located in Les Allois (87) and a client of Cocoon Garden Limoges, is a relaxation and wellness institute.
The manager wanted to further develop the aquatic wellness side of the business, particularly the spa area.
The institute features a salt cabin (mineral salt mist), a sensory shower, a Nordic bath and an indoor spa that can accommodate up to 5 people. On average, 2 people use the spa each day.


What attracted you to Zenaé products?


“The first thing that attracted me to Zenaé products was their fragrances.
In the past, I tried spa fragrances, but I was not satisfied with that type of product. The fragrance causes foam, even when adding anti-foam.
I tried two Zenaé fragrances — Cotton Flower and Monoi Flower — and I immediately liked their subtle scents.
I was also delighted to see that Zenaé magnesium crystals do not foam.
Lastly, I was naturally drawn to the product itself: magnesium. I am already familiar with the benefits of magnesium, which I already use in the salt cabin.”


How did you use Zenaé products?


“I simply followed the recommendation of using half a jar each time the spa was filled.
The water is renewed every week during busy periods and at least every 15 days during the rest of the year. Once added, the crystals dissolved very quickly.As for the fragrance, it lasted all week, unlike conventional fragrances which usually fade after 24 hours.”


Would you recommend this product?


“Of course I would! I recommend it for all the reasons I mentioned before: for its good dissolution, the elegance of the fragrance, because I really wanted something subtle and not a fragrance that is too overpowering (…) I do not work with brands that smell very strong, because they are pleasure brands: they smell good, but that is all, there is no real effectiveness behind them. (…) And finally, the Zenaé product does not foam!”
